Don’t Miss It: Lindsay Lohan Hosts ‘Chelsea Lately’

Tonight at 11/10c, Lindsay Lohan guest-hosts Chelsea Lately on E!.

After leaving rehab last Wednesday, Lohan taped a special with Oprah Winfrey, set to premiere on August 18th. She headed to Handler’s studios in Burbank for what some have hailed as a proper comeback.

Buzznet’s Callina Marie was in the audience for Lohan’s gig.

“Her opening monologue was fantastic,” Marie wrote. “She cracked jokes and even poked fun at herself a little saying she was on a 90-day court ordered vacation. She also threw some digs at Chelsea, all in good fun of course, mentioning she saw someone who looked just like Chelsea while leaving Cliffside.”

LINDSAY LOHAN Leaves Rehab (PHOTOS)

Celebrity gossip websites are pleased to report that LINDSAY LOHAN has officially left rehab!

As a changed woman, we hope.

Lindsay Lohan reportedly did really well in fighting off all her destructive habits (although she didn’t quit smoking) during her 90-day lockdown stint in rehab, which led to speculation that she would opt to extend her stay for a few extra days, just to help her transition from rehab to the real world.

But on Tuesday afternoon, the “Liz & Dick” star was spotted walking out of Cliffside Malibu with a huge smile on her face… meaning she decided not to extend her rehab stint after all.

So what’s next for the often-troubled star?

TMZ reports:

“She’ll be staying with a sober coach somewhere in Los Angeles for the next few days.”

Let’s all hope this is the start of Lindsay‘s new life as a sober, hardworking actress.

Kanye West Remixed ‘The Canyons’ Trailer, and It’s Pretty Awesome

Kanye West and Bret Easton Ellis have teamed up once again.

Some two months after Ellis, author of American Psycho and the screenwriter behind The Canyons, wrote this Yeezus short film starring Scott Disick, West has dipped his fingers into the movie (trailer) world.

In the “Donda Remix” of The Canyons, unveiled by IFCFilms on Friday (the same day the film opens in limited release, iTunes and VOD), West and frequent collaborator Noah Goldstein turn up the drama and heavy keyboard notes, leaving out the dubstep that was featured in the original preview.

The Canyons, starring Lindsay Lohan, adult film star James Deen, director Gus Van Sant and Nolan Gerard Funk, is scheduled to make an appearance at the 70th Venice International Film Festival later this month.

First Look: Oprah Winfrey Grills Lindsay Lohan in Post-Rehab Interview

Oprah Winfrey went in with no holds barred for her one-on-one with Lindsay Lohan.

Less than a week after checking out of a Malibu, Calif., treatment center, the actress sat down with O for her first interview since completing three months of court-mandated rehab. And in a preview of the exclusive one-on-one, Winfrey does not hesitate to ask the hard questions.

“Are you an addict?” she grills Lohan, who looked on glumly. Winfrey continues, “What does it feel like to be both an adjective and a verb for child-star-gone-wrong?”

The Oprah’s Next Chapter episode featuring Lohan will air Aug. 18 on OWN. The network produce an eight-episode docu-series following Lohan as she works to rebuild her post-rehab career. The series will premiere in 2014.

But before then, watch as Lohan takes over for host Chelsea Handler on E!’s late-night talker Chelsea Lately Monday.

Lindsay Lohan Repents For Her Night Of Partying With A Shopping Trip!?

All that partying in the name of fashion must be major inspiration for a shopping spree!

At least that’s what it seems like for Lindsay Lohan!

Over the weekend, the freshly-rehabbed starlet appeared to be slipping back into old habits by partying the night away after New York Fashion Week.

But instead of spending the following day nursing a wicked hangover, Lindsay emerged in the Big Apple on Monday doing what she does best these days: shopping!

The actress skipped across the sidewalk in a 70’s styled outfit, complete with a rust-colored suede jacket, matching boots, aviator shades, and faux flowers in her hair.

Sadly, LiLo’s new boyfriend from the night before was nowhere in sight.

At a Feb. 2 DirecTV Super Bowl-eve concert, the “Suit and Tie” singer segued into “Cry Me a River” with this perfunctory prelude, allegedly alluding to his past relationship with Britney Spears.

The renowned oldie is a notoriously Britney-inspired ballad, with a music video to match (a Britney-look-a-like was featured in the video), that was released after the couple’s unsavory split back in 2002.

Britney and JT were Hollywood’s pop-star power couple for three years, a classic boy-meets-girl story from the 90’s boyband era, until, as rumor has it, Brit Brit cheated on her then young love with choreographer Wade Robson.

Despite the somewhat obvious reference, Justin denied calling Britney a b**** and immediately took to Twitter to clear up the issue.

LINDSAY LOHAN Denies Punching “Gypsy” At New York Nightclub

LINDSAY LOHAN denied punching a “gypsy” at the New York nightclub where she was arrested for brawling with a woman, according to recent Hollywood news.

Linsday Lohan has broken her silence about the recent report by a psychic named Tiffany Mitchell, who recently claimed that the actress punched her, resulting to her arrest on Thursday night.

According to the actress, Mitchell was lying when she said that she was “punched in the eye” by the allegedly wasted actress. However, she admits to calling her a “gypsy” but only after Mitchell’s fortune teller friends tried to steal Lindsay‘s expensive purse.

TMZ reported what the actress says really happened after she briefly conversed with Mitchell:

“When Lindsay returned to her table, the people in Lindsay‘s group informed her that Tiffany’s friends had swiped the purse — a super expensive black leather Celine — so Lindsay angrily confronted the fortune teller.”

Lindsay also reveals that she didn’t know the G-word was a slur.

Oh, and she reportedly feels like she is a victim of another set-up by someone who simply wants their 15 minutes of fame

LINDSAY LOHAN Club Fight Victim: She Called Me A “F*cking Gypsy”!

LINDSAY LOHAN‘s club fight victim-the one who got punched in the face-claims the actress called her a “f*cking gypsy” moments before their brawl took place.

The poor woman who got sucker punched in the face by Lindsay Lohan during a wild bar altercation in New York last Thursday has spoken to reveal what really happened before the allegedly wasted actress got arrested for assaulting her… and it’s that Lindsay ticked her off first with a racial comment.

TMZ revealed after an interview with the psychic, Tiffany Mitchell-who did talk to Lindsay‘s alleged new crush, Max George, from “The Wanted”-that she had a “premonition” about the actress, which was why she approached Lindsay when she saw her walk in at the club Avenue.

According to Tiffany, the encounter didn’t go well because Lohan told her to “Give me my space.” But the real trouble started when Tiffany‘s friend reportedly heard Lindsay call her friend a “f*cking gypsy.”

Tiffany‘s friend then reportedly “went ballistic” on LiLo, calling her a “wh*re” and telling her that her movie “‘Liz & Dick‘ sucked.”

That was when Lindsay lost it and punched Tiffany straight in the eye. A massive brawl took place and the actress was cuffed and jailed shortly after.

The psychic’s husband told the site:

“We are not Gypsies. That has nothing to do with our religion … it was a racist comment.”

He added, this time with a comment targeted at Lindsay:

“Just because your career went down the drain and your new movie sucks, you can’t go around beating people up.”

Ouch!

So it’s their word against… well, Lindsay.

LINDSAY LOHAN On ELIZABETH TAYLOR Role: “Everything I’ve Gone Through Made Me Ready” For It

LINDSAY LOHAN once again spoke about her role as ELIZABETH TAYLOR in the TV biopic, “Liz & Dick,” and admitted that “everything that I’ve gone through made me ready” for it.

How becoming of her!

Campaigning for the role and finally getting to become legendary actress Elizabeth Taylor in the newly-premiered Lifetime biopic “Liz & Dick” is both a comeback and a dream come true for Lindsay Lohan.

But playing the late screen legend is obviously a serious job even for the best Hollywood actresses, which was why Lindsay has been slammed for being undeserving of the part and received at least one bad early review for her portrayal of Taylor.

Nonetheless, Lohan is proud of her work. But why does she think so highly of herself and her acting skills?

She told Us Weekly during a recent exclusive sit-down interview:

“Everything I’ve gone through made me ready to play Liz.”

Indeed, she was a child star-turned-tabloid favorite for her troublesome past, her unhealthy relationships and her thing for alcohol and drugs–just like her late actress friend and mentor was.

She continued:

“Since I was a kid, I’ve loved being on camera. Don’t misconstrue that: I didn’t strive to have flashbulbs at dinner or people who don’t know me calling TMZ. And 99 percent of the time, it’s not true.”

And like Taylor, she was both lucky and unlucky for being a huge star under a microscope and having most of her life plastered all over Hollywood news since she was little. Lindsay revealed:

“I feel bullied. I can’t think of any actor who has been subjected to such extreme publicity who hasn’t, like, committed suicide.”

LiLo then suggested that she may even be better than Elizabeth herself–when it comes to professionalism, at least. The 26-year-old star declared:

“Elizabeth was drunk on sets. I’ve never been drunk on set, ever. I did my time and I respect the law.”

And what might Taylor advise Lindsay to do other than to do her justice and reap the benefits of good reviews?

Lindsay told the mag:

“She probably would have said, ‘Figure it the hell out.’ You have to learn it for yourself sometimes.”

We wouldn’t say that she has, but we do hope her high-profile role proves that she’s getting there.
