Million Dollar Listing New York‘s Ryan Serhant has a new favorite color… and he’s seeing black.
And he’s got Orlando Bloom to thank for it.
Because every guy wants to be like the hunky actor (Miranda Kerr included) – and that kind of luck is slim to none – they’re just going to have to settle for living under his roof. Yep, as luck would have it, one fortuitous new renter has the chance to by play house in the Lord of the Ring star’s $16,500 a month black-painted digs.
The temporary live-in guest will even be able to bask in everything Bloom by sleeping in his bed! You see, for that kind of dough he or she gets all his hand-picked furniture, too.
Since he put a ring on it, the 36-year-old soon-to-be Broadway star has given up the bachelor existence on the West Coast and swapped it for living the hard life with his stunning supermodel wife and adorable baby boy Flynn in NYC.
So this is what he’ll be missing – a 3,000 square foot gated artist’s retreat with 4-bedrooms, gorgeous French doors throughout, pool, spa, gardens, library and a view from the top high above the famed Sunset Strip.
And plenty of security to boot. No Bling Ring copycats are breaking in here!
