Sorry ladies, looks like Eiza Gonzalez was a few steps step ahead of you when Liam Hemsworth officially became a single man earlier this week.

On Tuesday, the Mexican singer-actress and Miley Cyrus‘ ex-fiance were spotted packing on the PDA in a parking garage in Los Angeles.

The smoochfest took place just one day after reps for Hemsworth and Cyrus confirmed that the pair had ended their engagement. Since then, she’s scored her first number one hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with “Wrecking Ball” while he’s scored himself a new squeeze.

Hemsworth and Gonzalez, both 23, didn’t seem to mind (or maybe they didn’t notice) the nearby shutterbugs that caught every steamy moment of their parking garage meet-up.

C’mon baby Hemsworth, could your left hand BE any lower?

The hot new couple were first spotted together in Las Vegas over the weekend.

Leather-Clad Miley Cyrus Went to Her Fiance’s Movie Premiere Last Night

Perhaps in an attempt to put those “are they or aren’t they together?” rumors to rest for the weekend, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth attended the premiere of Hemworth’s new movie Paranoia together on Thursday. They looked very happy. Cyrus seemed especially wiling to be there, even though the dress she wore by Proenza Schouler looked like something you might play a drunken game of checkers on. But, yeah, they looked happy.

Are MILEY CYRUS‘ recent sad tweets hinting at trouble between her and fianc LIAM HEMSWORTH?

We sure hope not.

Of course having trouble in a relationship doesn’t necessarily mean that they’re heading for splitsville.

The couple, who became engaged three months ago after dating on and off for three years, have not been photographed together since they announced their engagement, but their relationship still appears to be as strong as ever.

Miley‘s recent tweets, however, have made a lot of people wonder…

On Thursday, a seemingly depressed and discontented Miley tweeted:

“ever feel like you want just…. something more. not sure what exactly… passion perhaps?”

She then added:

“sometimes i feel like i love everyone more than they love me. hatttte that feeling.”

Could she be talking about Liam?

After a few minutes, the singer and actress tweeted again:

“Thought of the day: maybe it’s not that they love you less, they just love you the most they are capable of loving.”

It sounds like she’s complaining about someone not loving her enough, doesn’t it?

But when celebrity gossip websites began speculating-based on her tweets-that she and Liam were on the rocks, Miley immediately tweeted:

“no there is not trouble in paradise…. just thoughts.”

Then, as if to prove that there really wasn’t any trouble between her and Liam, Miley again wrote:

“having some quality fianc time. just what I needed “

Whew! False alarm, guys.

But we’re still wondering why (and for whom) Miley wrote those tweets…
