LINDSAY LOHAN talked about her cancelled BARBARA WALTERS interview and her newly-confirmed half-sister during her interview with JAY LENO.

Lindsay Lohan sat down for another interview… but it’s not the one that she promised Barbara Walters.

The actress made a stop on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” and she broke her silence about why she chose to cancel her scheduled interview with Walters (who is probably still fuming about Lindsay picking Leno over her) on such short notice.

She also didn’t refuse to answer personal questions about her DNA-confirmed teenage half-sister-whom her dad, Michael, fathered while still married to her mom, Dina-and her thoroughly criticized portrayal of Elizabeth Taylor in her newly-premiered TV biopic, “Liz & Dick.”

MICHAEL LOHAN: My Love Child Was Not A Result Of An Affair!

MICHAEL LOHAN insists that his love child was not a result of an affair behind his then-wife Dina‘s back.

Do you believe him?

Michael Lohan‘s newly DNA-confirmed love child, Ashley Horn, was widely reported to have been a result of an affair that took place in 1995 while he was still married to his Dina, Lindsay Lohan‘s mom.

But daddy Lohan, who is also expecting another child out of wedlock, is calling BS on the “cheating” story. telling TMZ:

“Dina and I were separated and living separately at the time for 8 months.”

Michael is also slamming his legitimate daughter, Lindsay, for acting surprised upon hearing news about her half-sister.

He revealed:

“Dina has been telling our children that Ashley is my daughter for years, without even knowing the results. So how could this be news to our children?”

Well, that is true. How could they be so shocked about such bad news coming from their deadbeat dad?

LINDSAY LOHAN Complains About Being Jailed, Blasts AMANDA BYNES For Having “No Punishments”

LINDSAY LOHAN complained about being jailed and blasted AMANDA BYNES (or at least the system) for having “no punishments” for all her driving errors and misdemeanors.

Whoa.

Lindsay Lohan knows she’s got it bad and she still is one of the most feared celebrity drivers for her knack for getting into the wildest car accidents… and almost every time, she either got hospitalized or arrested (usually for being drunk behind the wheel).

And now that another former child star, Amanda Bynes, seems to be following Lindsay‘s dangerous footsteps-she’s lost her car for driving with a suspended license, been busted for DUI, charged for more than one misdemeanor hit-and-runs, photographed doing drugs in her car, and could be thrown into mental/drug rehab anytime soon-Lindsay expected to see Amanda behind bars right now.

Unfortunately for her, Amanda‘s had a little more luck.

On Sunday night, the “Mean Girls” star ranted on Twitter:

“Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far? +”

Obviously, the Disney star is talking about Amanda, who rose to fame as a young actress on Nickelodeon.

We’re not sure what Lindsay is talking about, but getting your car impounded and license getting suspended count as punishments… But for someone who’s been in and out of jail over the last few years, they probably sound like walks in the park.

Although, it should be noted that Amanda is due to be in court for her hit-and-runs and will be punished if convicted.

But it seems LiLo is happy with the life that she’s currently leading. She tweeted (on a lighter note) afterwards:

“These are the moments that I appreciate my life experiences, living without regrets and Disney for supporting me as an actress-night all*”

FRANCESCA EASTWOOD: “I’m Not Sure” What Caused LINDSAY LOHAN’s Tantrum

FRANCESCA EASTWOOD admitted that she’s not sure what caused LINDSAY LOHAN’s tantrum when she crashed Francesca‘s birthday party at a Hollywood club last Tuesday night.

It’s no longer a surprise whenever celebrity gossip websites report about Lindsay causing trouble-whether it was at someone else’s party, at a famous club or while on the road-and it always has us wondering why she does her headline-making antics.

And it seems her latest “victim” is thinking the same thing.

Clint Eastwood‘s 19-year-old daughter, Francesca, was celebrating her birthday at a popular Hollywood night spot when Lindsay made a scene and tried to kick the young reality star out of the club.

Francesca‘s photographer boyfriend, Tyler Shields, who was at the party recalled the incident to E! News:

“We were celebrating my girlfriend Francesca‘s birthday at Bootsy Bellows, and it was a blast. Suddenly, there was a burst of chaos, and as quickly as it started it was over. After the fact, we were all a bit confused about what just happened.”

While it caused confusion among Francesca‘s group, it didn’t ruin her party. She admitted:

“I’m not sure what exactly sparked Lindsay‘s outburst. Regardless, I still had an amazing birthday and ‘Parent Trap’ is still my favorite movie.”

Aww.

Good thing Linds didn’t hurl a drink at Francesca or else her tone would’ve been way different!
