GABRIEL AUBRY Gets Restraining Order Against OLIVIER MARTINEZ After Brawl

GABRIEL AUBRY just got a restraining order against his ex HALLE BERRY‘s fiance, OLIVIER MARTINEZ, who gave him serious injuries when they brawled at the actress’ home on Thanksgiving last week.

Gabriel Aubry has gone to court and obtained his own restraining order against his ex Halle Berry‘s fiance, Olivier Martinez, on Monday after he claimed that he was the victim of their wild brawl at Halle‘s home on Thursday morning last week.

Halle also got an emergency order of protection against his model ex, which she plans to extend as soon as possible, but Aubry‘s was obviously a smart move considering that he sustained the most injuries-including an ugly shiny bruise on his face-from what now appears to be an unfair fight.

Aubry got into details in his newly-filed documents following the altercation:

“I suffered numerous injuries as a result of the attack, including a fractured rib, multiple bruises on my face and a number of cuts which required stitches.”

He continued:

“It all happened so fast and so suddenly; I did not see Mr. Martinez‘s actions coming and thus I was not ready for it and was not able to defend myself.”

Aubry only filed the protective order against Olivier as he is also fighting to lift the order that’s barring him from seeing his daughter, Nahla.

At this point, it really is better to be safe than sorry.

FRANCESCA EASTWOOD: “I’m Not Sure” What Caused LINDSAY LOHAN’s Tantrum

FRANCESCA EASTWOOD admitted that she’s not sure what caused LINDSAY LOHAN’s tantrum when she crashed Francesca‘s birthday party at a Hollywood club last Tuesday night.

It’s no longer a surprise whenever celebrity gossip websites report about Lindsay causing trouble-whether it was at someone else’s party, at a famous club or while on the road-and it always has us wondering why she does her headline-making antics.

And it seems her latest “victim” is thinking the same thing.

Clint Eastwood‘s 19-year-old daughter, Francesca, was celebrating her birthday at a popular Hollywood night spot when Lindsay made a scene and tried to kick the young reality star out of the club.

Francesca‘s photographer boyfriend, Tyler Shields, who was at the party recalled the incident to E! News:

“We were celebrating my girlfriend Francesca‘s birthday at Bootsy Bellows, and it was a blast. Suddenly, there was a burst of chaos, and as quickly as it started it was over. After the fact, we were all a bit confused about what just happened.”

While it caused confusion among Francesca‘s group, it didn’t ruin her party. She admitted:

“I’m not sure what exactly sparked Lindsay‘s outburst. Regardless, I still had an amazing birthday and ‘Parent Trap’ is still my favorite movie.”

Aww.

Good thing Linds didn’t hurl a drink at Francesca or else her tone would’ve been way different!
