“Glee” To End After Sixth Season

Published November 15, 2013 by gossipzoo

Entertainment news reports that “Glee” will end after its sixth season.

Such sad news…

Glee Cory Monteith

Not too long after Cory Monteith‘s tragic death in July and the much-awaited tribute episode for the late actor, “Glee” creator Ryan Murphy told reporters that he’d be willing to end the show if Cory‘s co-star and girlfriend Lea Michele had asked.

As it turns out, a part of him has been wanting to pull the plug on the series for a while now.

Murphy told reporters at an event honoring FX Networks on Wednesday:

“The final year of the show, which will be next year, was designed around [Lea Michele‘s character] Rachel and [Monteith‘s character] Finn’s story. I always knew that. I always knew how it would end.”

Of course, the controversial death of one of his biggest characters also had a lot to do with the difficult decision. He explained:

“I knew what the last shot was, [Finn] was in it. I knew what the last line was – she said it to him. So when a tragedy like that happens, you sort of have to pause and figure out what you want to do, so we’re figuring it out.”

We’ve yet to see how the conclusion will go, but Murphy said he has a “good idea” about it and that it’s “kind of in [Monteith‘s] honor, which I love.”

How do you feel about “Glee” ending soon?

It was Courteney Cox‘s turn on Ellen DeGeneres‘ guest couch and the “Cougar Town” star took the time to talk about her estranged husband, David Arquette, who just filed for divorce last year despite splitting from her two years ago.

And much like Rihanna‘s controversial interview with Oprah, Courteney revealed that she is still very much in touch with her ex-they spent her 48th birthday together last year-and that she regards him as her “best friend in the world.”

She also admitted to DeGeneres:

“I love him. I appreciate David more now than I ever did.”

But even though things turned out fine after their split, she aid:

“It’s hard… I don’t recommend divorce in general, but you know, he is my best friend and we’ve both grown and changed and I think we both appreciate each other more. I hope he does. I do.”

TAYLOR SWIFT: I Promised An Ex “I Won’t” Write About Him But I Did It Anyway!

Published November 22, 2012 by gossipzoo

In recent star news, TAYLOR SWIFT shared that she actually promised an ex that she won’t write about him but she did it anyway.

Sneaky Taylor!

We all know Taylor Swift is pretty notorious for writing songs about her ex-boyfriends who messes her up so naturally, the last few were worried about her publicizing their faults and whatnot in her song.

In fact, one particular ex even asked the five-time Grammy-winning singer-songwriter to leave him out of her future lyrics, to which Taylor agreed… only to write about him anyway!

She admitted in an interview with The New York Times:

“Of course I was like, ‘Oh, don’t worry, I won’t.’ And then I did.”

To her defense, she explained:

“Look, it’s not like it was written somewhere in the fine print that I write songs about my life. If we break up, I’m going to write about it. But I’m probably also going to write about when I fell in love with you. So there’s an upside.”

We-and her guys-may not have an exact idea what or who she’ll end up writing about but we can always try to decode them. For example, even John Mayer presumed “Dear John” was about him, just like we think her chart-topping “Red’ album is mostly about her other ex, Jake Gyllenhaal.

But Taylor never spills-except through her cryptic lyrics. She said:

“I don’t talk about who it is specifically because these are real people. You try to give insight as to where you were coming from as a writer without completely throwing somebody under the bus.”

Sounds pretty reasonable to us!

What do you think about Taylor getting her most of her song material from her songs?

JULIANNE HOUGH: RYAN SEACREST Was My “First Celebrity Crush”

JULIANNE HOUGH admitted to star news that her current boyfriend, RYAN SEACREST, was actually her first celebrity crush.

Lucky girl!

In an interview with Us Weekly at the Fulfillment Fund Stars Gala in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, Julianne Hough revealed that her current boyfriend of two years, Ryan Seacrest, was her first crush… long before she fell “in love” with Daniel Radcliffe.

We find this a little weird considering the “Safe Haven” actress admitted to thinking he was gay and that he “wasn’t my type” before they started dating in 2010.

Nonetheless, she gushed about the “American Idol” host, who started out as a disc jockey and game show host:

“I’m kind of dating my first celebrity crush, so I feel pretty fortunate.”

It seems Seacrest is just as lucky too, having found a hardworking and multi-talented actress. Julianne revealed to Glamour in July:

“I’m a very anxious person. If I’m not working, I go crazy. I’ve been lucky in my career. But if I lost everything tomorrow — and had no money — I would somehow make it work. I have that survivor mentality because of a lot of stuff that went on in a previous life. I feel like I’ve had four lives.”

Hmm. Sounds like Ryan shouldn’t be afraid to put a ring on it…

Is Ryan your first celebrity crush too?
