After just over four months on the market, Noah Wyle has sold his California estate near Santa Barbara, Celebuzz has learned.
According to property records, the Falling Skies star bought the country compound in the mid-2000s, along with other surrounding land once owned by Bo Derek in picturesque Santa Ynez, about two hours north of Los Angeles.
With a price of $1.995 million (and currently listed as a pending sale), the stunning grounds are spread out over 12 acres and are a nature lover’s dream with mature oaks, swaying palms, knolls, valleys and even grazing cattle all outside the front door.
